I believe that Reiki and energy healing is for everybody. My passion for wellness, and the desire to help others achieve alignment and elevation is what inspires me to do this work

I originally arrived at energy healing as a patient. I tried acupuncture, joined guided meditation circles, talked to therapists, and attended weekly yoga classes. Nothing was quite working…. When I found energy healing and Reiki, something finally clicked. The first thing I noticed was that my mind was clear for the first time in years. I could take a deep breath and my whole body responded. Every visit changed something within me, and I began to understand that there was a way forward that I never imagined.

I trained with a renowned healer at Northwest Healing Studio in Fremont, and have spent years studying Reiki, Light Weaving and a wide array of healing techniques. I’m proud to call the Pacific Northwest home and I know this area is full of unique energy centers and hidden treasures.
